Which Countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using FedEx.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

Yes, at checkout you will see an option to continue with the free shipping option, or you can upgrade your delivery to priority express for a small fee. This is the difference between the service we would pay for and the cost of the priority shipment. You just pay the difference.

Do you ship furniture internationally?

Yes! Rates for shipping our furniture internationally vary based on the size and weight of the piece but we can ship and the cost of shipping is shown at the checkout for each piece. Delivery times for Furniture are not the same as our decoupage papers and are subject to multiple factors like space on Aircraft for the USA or Trucks in the EU. We will still give you an estimated delivery date at checkout though.

Do you offer local pickup for furniture orders?

If you have a vehicle suitable for transporting furniture, you're welcome to arrange a pickup from our workshop. For your convenience, you can also pay in cash when you collect your items. Just reach out to us via social media or our contact page to set up a pickup time. Please note that this option is only available for furniture, not for smaller items like decoupage paper.

What are your shipping costs for smaller items like decoupage papers and stencils?

We ship free of charge worldwide. If you would like to, you can upgrade your shipping to a priority service during checkout at a small additional charge.

Do You Ship furniture in the UK?

Yes and all furniture shipment in the UK are based on a 2 day delivery service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on where you are in the world. You will see a delivery ETA at checkout but for example, we can deliver in 1-2 days in the UK, 2-4 days in the EU, 3-6 Days in the USA and 4-8 Days in Australia. Most if not all countries will be within one of these zones. You will see a delivery date estimate at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, following checkout you will receive an email with your tracking number for your shipment and constant notifications up to and including the day of delivery with an estimated time of delivery window.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

You don't need to worry. All of our FedEx shipments are fully insured to the full value of the shipment. If you receive a damaged package just take a couple of pictures and contact us so we can start a claim. Regardless of us making a claim though, we will immediately send a replacement shipment.

What is your return policy for furniture?

The costs of shipping our furniture are so high that we cannot accept returns for our furniture.

How do I return an item?

We do not as a rule accept returns except in exceptional circumstances.

Need additional guidance on returns?

Is there any additional customs fee, or taxes for international orders?

Yes, but not all countries are equal. Some countries have a high threshold for where duties and taxes kick in. In the USA for example this is $800 so anything below that does not incur duties or taxes. In the EU and Australia though the threshold is zero. The Decoupage papers we ship do fall into a zero rate within the international harmonization codes so there will not be any duties but you will incur taxes at your countries rate or VAT or GST.

The VAT/GST rate will be shown at checkout and you can pay these VAT or GST amounts with your order and FedEx will pay your respective customs authorities. That way there will be no delay in shipping your order and you do not have to do anything more. Your order will arrive duties and taxes paid.
